OK for Biofuel

Oklahoma is OK! For biofuel, anyway.

The Okies are jumping on this biofuel alternative-energy thing.

The Arkansas General Assembly flirted with the issue this past session. House Bill 1790 would have imposed a B5 standard on the retail sale of diesel fuel in the state in an effort to develop the biofuel industry in Arkansas.

The bill was eventually withdrawn and recommended for study by the Joint Energy Committee. Which means we may see it again, down the road.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma keeps on truckin’
