Patents and Entrepreneurs

Efforts are being made in Congress to change the patent system. And the changes aren’t good for entrepreneurs.

Does the current system do enough to protect entrepreneurs? Would the changes incorporated in the Patent Reform Act of 2009 hurt them? Let us know what you think in comments.
