U.S. Patent Backlog Hits 1.2M

Sometimes, enough is enough. And for John Doll, enough arrived. For U.S. entrepreneurs and inventors, a three-and-a-half year wait to get a patent is plenty enough.

Doll, the U.S. patent commissioner, announced recently he would step down Oct. 2 as the patent office faces down a 1.2 million patent backlog.

And we want government to run health care?

    Because government run health care would function exactly like patents.
