This is well-said.  I am currently involved in a tech project through UoA and the question of if the technology we represent can be called &quot;green&quot; or not has been the source of some debate.  If we, with our intimate knowledge of the technology and it&#039;s potential, are having to ask these kinds of questions of ourselves, how can we expect a fair and balanced hearing from the patent office?</description>
