Techpreneurship: The Season for Core Values

Techpreneurship, if done well, is all about sacrifice, service above self, and ultimately striving to change the world. In this season of all seasons, regardless of your respective faith or beliefs, these are good core values to consider as you cook up your next venture. As Guy Kawasaki says, focus on “making meaning not making money”. The money will follow…
In 2010, I am looking forward to ranting, raving, and debating the Arkansas Techpreneurship scene with all of you. I think this can be a big year for Arkansas, and I hope you all share my enthusiasm. Have a great holiday season and send me some good ideas for future blogs!!

In a twist of events, I will (probably) be pursuing a Masters of Computer Science–partially motivated by this blog. I don’t want to overstate anything, but this blog in addition to many other factors convinced me I need to get back to my tech side. (My undergrad degree is in Poli Sci and Economics.)
