IA Client Ready to Deliver iPad Application

Little Rock startup and IA client Ed4U will be among the first in Arkansas to get in on the iPad game. Ed4U chief Gordon Apple — yes, his last name is Apple — is ready to launch iQPrompter, a TelePrompTer-like program for use with the iPad. Check out more details here.

Is this another nail in the coffin for Notepads? Will iPads escort them out the door, into the chamber of relics with 8-tracks and pet rocks? Let us know what you think.

Meanwhile, here’s what iQPrompter looks like…

Interesting. There seems to be at least 5 other teleprompter apps when you search the iPad store.

Also, when you search “teleprompter,” iQPrompter is not even listed–so whoever’s in charge may want to make their description more sensitive to popular search terms.
