Techies Migrating to Middle America?

Oh, give me a home where the tech workers roam….

More and more, high-tech workers on the coasts are singing that very refrain, and the home they pine for is none other than the Heartlands. Why, you ask, would they want to leave tech Shangri-la’s like Silicon Valley, Boston and New York for Flyover Country?

According to CNN, they’re doing it for several reasons — better lifestyle, more available gigs and a lower cost of living.
