Health insurance and work — two rather prominent components to life based in western culture.

Some people work certain jobs not for the satisfaction or even the money (directly), but for the health benefits.

As the health-care reform debate rages on, many Americans still have questions over how changes will affect them. Business owners, business leaders, entrepreneurs — everyone has a stake in this game.

Arkansas Business is attempting to clear up the cloudy picture that is heath care these days. The Arkansas Business Health Care Reform Symposium is set for next week — Tuesday, Aug. 10 — at the Statehouse Convention Center.

The all-day conference will feature some of the state’s leading health-care experts representing both the government and private sectors.

Register here. You’ll come away with a little clearer picture of health-care reform and its ramifications. If nothing else, come for the free lunch….
