Innovate Arkansas client Balm Innovations has donated 2,500 tubes of its Omnibalm skin relief cream to CareLink and the Arkansas National Guard’s 39th Brigade Combat Team.

The 2010 Arkansas Venture Forum will afford an opportunity for 12 Arkansas companies to pitch before state, regional and national investors. IA clients make up all 12 of the startups selected to present.

The BioVentures initiative at UAMS held its fourth-annual Private Equity Roundtable May 13-14 in Little Rock. The forum allowed BioVenture’s biotech startups to pitch their technologies and services to national venture capitalists.
