Eight of the state’s most promising startups were chosen to pitch before potential investors at the forum, which kicks off at 8 a.m. In addition, four more firms were selected to provide webcast presentations only. And now those presentations will be available to those who can’t make it in person.

Due to a scheduling conflict with The Peabody, the 2010 Arkansas Venture Forum set for Sept. 15 has been moved just down East Markham to the Doubletree Hotel.
